How do I report a bug?
Email us with your device, the game you were playing, and what happened — the more specific, the faster we can help. A screenshot or a short clip makes a big difference.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by whichever store you bought the game from — the App Store, Google Play, or similar — since they process the payment, not us. If you bought directly from us and it isn't resolved there, email us and we'll sort it out.
Press or business inquiries?
Same address. Put "press" or "partnership" in the subject line and it'll reach the right person faster.
